Guest Portrait Paintings

Live guest painting offer a fun touch of entertainment and creativity to your wedding/event. These smaller, hand-painted pieces are truly meaningful keepsakes for your loved ones that go far beyond the traditional wedding favors.

For my guests portraits, I use watercolor, acrylic marker, and ink pen outline. Each portrait will be completed on professional 5x7in professional cold-pressed watercolor paper with a cellophane protective sleeve.

During the event, I can complete around 6-8 portraits per hour. I will have a sign-up list where my assistant will take a photo of your guest(s) as well as a sign up sheet that will include their name and current time. This will fill up relatively quickly. As the bride and groom, if you’d like one of you, I’ll just need you to stop my table, or allow for a photo to be taken by my team before your reception. (your portrait will be prioritized.)

For guests portraits that don’t get completed during your wedding/event or if someone forgets to pick theirs up, I will ship/deliver the remaining portraits to you for you to mail to your guests with their thank-yous!

• 2-hour Reception Rate : starts at $450

• 3-hour Reception Rate : starts at $550

• 4-hour Reception Rate : starts at $650

• 5-hour Reception Rate : starts at $800

• 6-hour Reception Rate : starts at $1000

Travel Note:

• For travel beyond 40 miles of my home, there will be a fee of $1/mile.

• An additional fee of $100 will be charged for 3+ total hours of travel, and $200 beyond 4+ total hours.

Live Wedding Painting

All of my wedding couple portraits are completed in acrylic paint, are done on a professional grade wood-framed canvas, and will be finished in acrylic matte varnish to ensure a long lasting piece of work.

I will be in attendance to capture the reference photo during your ceremony/first day/chosen moment, and will stay for the remainder of your reception to live paint in front of your guests!

Each painting is created from your chosen reference pose or moment/ Your painting will be fully completed after your wedding day, varnished, and carefully shipped (or personally delivered) to you within 8-10 weeks of your wedding day.

Available in four sizes to fit your space and vision:

• Small Wedding Painting - 16x20 - Starts at $600+

• Medium Wedding Painting 18x24 Starts at $800+

• Large Wedding Painting - 22x28 Starts at $1000+

• Extra-Large Wedding Painting - 24x30 Starts at $1200+

Each piece is custom-painted and tailored to your chosen photo, color preferences, and overall desired aesthetic! We’ll have a consultation over the phone or Zoom prior to the wedding day to discuss your vision based on my art style and what will be the plan for the day of.

Travel fee:
