Guest Portrait Paintings

Live guest painting offer a fun touch of entertainment and creativity to your wedding/event. These smaller, hand-painted pieces are truly meaningful keepsakes for your loved ones that go far beyond the traditional wedding favors and (hopefully) won’t get tossed at the end of the night!

Guest Portraiture is perfect for Weddings & Rehearsal Dinners, Corporate Gatherings and Galas, Milestone Birthdays & Anniversaries, Bridal Showers & Engagement Parties, Luxury Brand & Networking Events.

The Process

For my guests portraits, you have the option to choose between watercolor, single color pencil, or acrylic marker with an ink pen outline. Each portrait will be completed on professional 5x7 in professional cold-pressed watercolor paper with a cellophane protective sleeve.

During the event, I can complete around 6-8 portraits per hour. My assistant will take a photo of your guest(s), as well as a sign up sheet that will include their name and current time. This is to keep me on track and allows your guest to return back to the event while they wait! The list will fill up relatively quickly. As for the bride and groom, if you’d like one of you two, I’ll just need you to stop my table, or allow for a photo to be taken by my team ideally before or during your reception. (Your portrait will be prioritized.)

For any guests portraits on my list that don’t get completed during your wedding/event, I will ship/deliver the remaining portraits to you for you to mail to your guests with their thank-yous!

• 3-hour Reception Rate : starts at $650

• 4-hour Reception Rate : starts at $800

• 5-hour Reception Rate : starts at $1000

• 6-hour Reception Rate : starts at $1200

Travel Note

• For travel beyond 40 miles of my home, there will be a fee of $1/mile.

• An additional fee of $100 will be charged for 3+ total hours of travel, and $200 beyond 4+ total hours.

Live Wedding Painting Packages

All of my wedding couple portraits are completed in acrylic paint, are done on a professional grade wood-framed canvas, and will be finished in acrylic matte varnish to ensure a long lasting piece of work.

I will be in attendance at your special day or event to capture the reference photo during your ceremony/first day/chosen moment, and will stay for the remainder of your reception to live paint in front of your guests!

Each painting is created from your chosen reference pose or moment, which we’ll chat about beforehand. Your painting will be fully completed after your wedding day, varnished, and carefully shipped (or personally delivered) to you within 8-10 weeks of your wedding day.

Each piece is custom-painted and tailored to your chosen photo, color preferences, and overall desired aesthetic! We’ll have a consultation over the phone or Zoom prior to the wedding day to discuss your vision based on my art style and what the plan will be for the day of.

Travel fee

For travel beyond 40 miles of my home, there will be a fee of $1/mile. An additional fee of $100 will be charged for 3+ hours of travel, and $200 beyond 4+ hours. Any out of state travel requires the client to cover my lodging and transportation costs.
